I’m Dr. Tasha, founder of CHOSEN Counseling & Coaching Services, PLLC.
I work with high-functioning women who appear capable on the outside but feel internally fragmented after relational rupture, identity shifts, or prolonged seasons of self-reliance. These seasons—what I call Middle Moments™—are not failures to push through, but invitations to slow down, tell the truth, and realign in the right order.
My work is grounded in the CHOSEN 5A Framework™—Awareness, Acknowledgment, Acceptance, Alignment, and Ascension—a clinically and spiritually informed model designed to help women understand what is shaping them before asking them to change. Healing here is intentional, paced, and responsibility-centered, not rushed or performance-driven.
Much of my work involves supporting women who feel frustrated by approaches that moved too quickly, focused on fixing, or overlooked the nervous system’s need for stability. I believe insight must come before action, emotional safety before transformation, and containment before depth.
My approach is rooted in clinical discernment and respect for process. I’ve seen how often healing falters—not from resistance, but from being rushed. At CHOSEN, insight, emotional safety, and responsibility come first so growth is stable and lasting.
CHOSEN exists to create a space where healing happens in the right order—so identity is restored, patterns are understood, and purpose emerges from wholeness, not pressure.
